Service Description

First pass complimentary initial consultation to discuss your HOA or CDD’s landscape goals, challenges, and opportunities, and discover practical strategies proven to improve performance, control costs, and enhance long-term community value. Depending on the needs of the community, your landscape consulting engagement may include: A comprehensive review of the existing landscape maintenance contract, specifications, service frequencies, exclusions, and pricing structure. An on-site landscape and operational assessment of the community. Identification of potential service gaps, unnecessary expenditures, conflicting requirements, and budget inefficiencies. A written Landscape Performance Assessment with prioritized findings and recommendations. Recommended revisions to the community’s landscape scope of services and performance expectations. An independent comparison of landscape proposals, pricing structures, and vendor capabilities. Assistance developing or improving landscape-maintenance RFP documents. Board-ready summaries and presentations explaining findings in clear, nontechnical language. A prioritized landscape-improvement and budget-planning roadmap. Support during contractor interviews, vendor selection, and contract negotiations. Optional ongoing participation in landscape meetings with the Board, Property Manager, and contractor. Independent performance monitoring to help ensure contractual obligations and community expectations remain aligned. Our role is to represent the community’s interests, bring landscape-industry expertise to the Board’s side of the table, and help maximize the value of every landscape dollar.
